Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Jess Robinson grew up horsebackriding and was outdoors whenever possible. She graduated from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky in 2012, majoring in Studio Art and minoring in K-12 Education. In 2012 she started her post-graduation career with an internship in the Education Department at the Frazier History Museum, and has taught many art summer camps and courses at several schools and studios in Louisville. She is a member of the Louisville Artisans Guild and Louisville Clay, and has a life-sized figurative sculpture on display in Centre's Grace Doherty Library. She is currently the art teacher at St. Nicholas Academy, teaches beginner pottery classes, and is a resident artist at the Louisville branch of Kentucky Mudworks.
